How much does lawn care cost?

STEPS wants to explain how we ensure transparent pricing for our lawn care services. We utilize the latest technology to accurately measure your property, ensuring that you only pay for the services we actually perform. Additionally, we offer customized lawn care packages that give you complete control over the services you receive. When you receive a proposal through our "Crew Control" system, you can easily select the specific services you want completed, and the pricing for each item will be clearly displayed.

Do you offer financing? 

As we do offer several options of payments such as CASH, Credit Card, ACH we do have a finance company we have partnered with.

How often do you perform lawn care services?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and ontime services.

What are the benefits of weekly lawn services?

STEPS wants to emphasize the importance of weekly mowing for maintaining a healthy lawn. Regular weekly mowing promotes healthy grass growth and helps prevent issues. Infrequent mowing, such as bi-weekly or monthly, can lead to several problems, including damage to your grass, increased weed growth, excessive clippings, and an uneven, patchy lawn. These factors can contribute to an unhealthy lawn overall.

Of course, there are exceptions to the weekly mowing schedule, such as inclement weather or periods of limited grass growth.

What are the benefits of weekly lawn services?

Bi-Weekly and Monthly Services cost more per grass cut. The amount of labor and time to complete the services is longer. And long term damages to your grass and lawn can occur.

How does the Weather affect my services?

The typical lawn season runs from April 1st to October 31st, and includes 28 scheduled services. We utilize the latest technology to monitor both current and extended weather forecasts. However, it's important to note that we cannot control weather events such as snow, rain, or drought.

In the event of snow or rain, we will reschedule your lawn services as soon as your property has adequately dried. This is to prevent damage to your lawn, such as creating ruts or mud puddles. Any other services included in your contract that can be performed during this time will be completed as scheduled. Similarly, in the case of a drought, we will continue to provide any services that are feasible under the circumstances.

Can I add addtional services as needed?

Our contracted customers, we offer the option to add additional services throughout the season. This provides you with flexibility and the opportunity to address any arising needs. As a valued contracted customer, you will also receive additional discounts on these added services, providing you with even greater value. Payment for any additional services will be due upon completion.
